This Privacy Policy explains how Alpina Manufacturing LLC collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit the Site, request a quote, place an order, create an account, subscribe to our emails, or contact us. By using the Site, you agree to this policy.

2. Information we collect
Information you give us:
- Account information: name, email address, phone number, company name, and password (stored in encrypted form).
- Technical, order and quote information: billing and shipping addresses, products and custom specifications you configure, artwork or files you upload, order history, and tax-exemption details if you provide them.
- Payment information: payment is processed by PayPal / Heartland Payment Systems. We do not store your full card number on our servers.
- Communications: information you provide when you call us, use live help, or send us an email or contact form message.
- Subscription information: your email address when you subscribe to updates.
Information collected automatically:
- IP address, browser type, device and operating system, pages viewed, referring pages, and the date and time of your visit.
- Cookies and similar technologies, described in Section 6.
Information from third parties: payment processors, shipping carriers, and analytics providers may give us information such as payment confirmation, delivery status, and usage statistics.
3. How we use your information
- To provide quotes, process and fulfill orders, manufacture custom products, and arrange shipping;
- To process payments and prevent fraud;
- To create and manage your account;
- To respond to your questions and provide customer support, warranty service, and returns;
- To send order confirmations, shipping updates, and invoices;
- To send marketing emails, newsletters, and product updates, which you can opt out of at any time;
- To operate, secure, analyze, and improve the Site;
- To comply with legal obligations, such as tax and accounting rules, and to enforce our terms.
4. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as follows:
- Service providers who work for us: payment processors, shipping carriers, web hosting, email delivery, accounting and IT providers, and analytics providers (Google Analytics).
- Embedded and social services: the Site embeds YouTube videos and links to Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. These third parties may set their own cookies and collect data when you interact with their content, under their own privacy policies.
- Legal and safety reasons: when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Alpina, our customers, or others.
- Business transfers: if Alpina is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Our service providers may use your information only to perform services for us.
5. Email communications
If you subscribe to our emails, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any marketing email or by writing to sales@fastchangeframes.com. We will honor opt-out requests within 10 business days. Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send you transactional messages about your orders and account.
6. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember your cart and quote configuration, understand how the Site is used, and improve it. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies in their settings, though some parts of the Site, such as the cart and ordering, may not work properly without them.
Do Not Track: Our Site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
7. How long we keep your information
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our products and services, maintain your account, meet tax, accounting, and legal requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including SSL/TLS encryption and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach affects you, we will notify you as required by applicable law, including the Illinois Personal Information Protection Act.
9. Your choices
- Account information: you can review and update it by logging into your account or by contacting us.
- Marketing emails: you can unsubscribe at any time (see Section 5).
- Cookies: you can control them through your browser settings (see Section 6).
- Deletion: you can ask us to delete your account or personal information, subject to records we must keep by law.
10. Privacy rights for residents of certain states

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising / cross-context behavioral advertising.
To make a request, email sales@fastchangeframes.com or call 1-800-915-2828. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will respond within 45 days, or notify you if we need more time. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response, and if you are not satisfied you may contact your state attorney general.
California "Shine the Light": California residents may request information about personal information shared with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not share personal information for this purpose.
Business customers: information we collect about you in the course of a business-to-business relationship (such as your company, work email, and job title) is handled under this policy as well.
11. Children's privacy
The Site is intended for businesses and adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Links to other websites
The Site links to other websites, including others in the Alpina Websites Network (such as FastChangeFrames.com, BannerGrip.com and Ban45.com) and to social media platforms. Each has its own privacy practices, and this policy does not cover them. Please read their policies.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes may also be announced by email or a notice on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
